Ingredients: air, water, raw wheat, pilsner malt, flaked wheat, 2010 crystal hops, NJ blueberries

√Člevage: spontaneously fermented and matured in a 229L sauvignon blanc french oak barrel, 400L cabernet sauvignon hungarian oak puncheon, and 500L neutral french oak puncheon for nine months. blended in stainless, then racked back to 500L puncheon for refermentation with blueberries
Fruit, etc.: Hopewell, NJ trifoliate oranges steeped in the coolship, local organic chamomile (PA & NJ; fresh and dried) steeped in the barrels. 500 pounds of NJ duke blueberries added whole for refermentation and maceration over a three month period
