Prepared in homage to the spring and served only in season, Frühling is conditioned with a house-made dandelion syrup and dry-hopped exclusively with Hallertau Blanc.
Berliner Messe - Gloria (Sommer)
Prepared in homage to the summer harvest and served only in season, Sommer is steeped on locally-grown European elderflower and further dry-hopped with Hüll Melon.
Jung is the name given to all favorable expressions of our 4- to 12-month-old barrels of lambic-inspired beers, shared with the public when the beer dictates its own readiness.These beers differ from our Berliner Messe series in strength, bitterness, boil duration & coolship duration.
Jung [Single Varietal Dry-Hop]
Our Jung base, dry-hopped for complementarity with a single illustrative hop variety, including, to date: Mosaic, Amarillo, Hallertau Blanc, and Galaxy.
Named for CG Jung's official title of his "Red Book", Liber Novus features a fruit refermentation of cherries and raspberries with Jung as its base.
